It took me a lot to publish this one, but it’s finally done. It’s Yuyoyuppe, so in many parts I’ve translated liberally. I’ve listed only a few notes because I’d just repeat the same thing all over again, “I think this term fits better than that one”, so I’ve actually wrote something where I haven’t used a synonymous or I just wanted to explain my point of view. I also believe I abused the word “where” in the translation. Stated this, enjoy the translation.

Notes
“心は波に | My heart”; the verb is “to melt” not “to become one with”. The reason why I decided translated it as the latter one is because I have the feeling it suits better the whole meaning, also because, as stated in Symposium, Murasa was unable to move on due to her lingering attachments.
“そこに | There, where”; it should be “thousand words”, but “countless words” to me sounds a lot better here.
“碇下りた | Dropped its”; this phrase literally means “Since the anchor has been dropped, it’s stopping”. But as usual, the interpretations to Yuyoyuppe’s lyrics are always a lot, as well as they’re a lot in most of the lyrics, thus why my “awaiting to stop”. Though a boat can’t really wait. I think.
“単調な存在理由を | This flag of reason”; had to put the reference to the title here. This phrase actually means “(This) flag carried a dull raison d’être”, but I couldn’t resist quoting the title. Sorry if it sounds forced.
“いつまでも | I realize”; liberal translation is liberal. I’ve read the phrase as “いつまでも夢見てた海の青に儚く星のように消える”, which can be translated as “I disappear into the blue sea I’ve always dreamt about like a fleeting star”. As you can see though, I’ve made the translation even more liberal, partially to follow a bit the lyrics’ order, partially because I just felt like doing so.
“簡単な存在理由を | When”; there’s no “when”. The phrase is just “You gave me a simple reason to be”, but as usual I add to random things.

Flag of reason
心は波に溶け込んだ
そこに絶える幾千の言葉
僕の居場所はここなの?
果てる空はもう、遥か遠くへと
kokoro wa nami ni tokekonda
sokoni taeru ikusen no kotoba
boku no ibasho wa koko nano?
hateru sora wa mou, haruka tooku e to
My heart became one with the waves
There, where countless words died out
Is it here where my whereabouts will be?
Somewhere far away, the sky has already ended
無くした思いを集めた船は
碇下りたままで佇んでいる
nakushita omoi wo atsumeta fune wa
ikari arita mamade tatazundeiru
This boat, where the feelings I’ve lost are gathered
Dropped its anchor, awaiting to stop
単調な存在理由を掲げた旗が
揺れる僕のそばで、今も
いつまでも夢見てた海の青
消える星のように儚く
tanchou na sonzairiyuu wo kakageta hata ga
yureru boku no sobade, ima mo
itsumademo yumemiteta umi no ao
kieru hoshi no youni hakanaku
This flag of reason which carried a dull raison d’être
Is waving right next to me, even now
I realized this is the blue sea I’ve always dreamt about
As I dissolve into it just like a transient star
ざわめきの嵐の後
空が割れて光差し込むように
僕に手を差し伸べてた
君の声はそう、優しさに満ちて
zawameki no arashi no ato
sora ga warete hikari sashikomu youni
boku ni te wo sashinobeteta
kimi no koe wa sou, yasashisa ni michite
Once left behind the storm’s stirs
The sky seems to break, as if light pierces through it
When you held your hand out to me
Your voice was filled with so much kindness
無くした思いを集めた船は
風を受けて進むだけの運命
nakushita omoi wo atsumeta fune wa
kaze wo ukete susumu dake no sadame
This boat, where the feelings I’ve lost are gathered
Is carried by the wind, fated to keep going on
簡単な存在理由を与えてくれた
君の言葉胸に秘めて
いつまでも夢見てた空の青
そこにあった希望
kantan na sonzairiyuu wo ataetekureta
kimi no kotoba mune ni himete
itsumademo yumemiteta sora no ao
sokoni atta kibou
When you gave me this simple reason to be
I hid your words inside my heart
I realized this is the blue sky I’ve always dreamt about
And there, I’ve found hope
僕らの思いを集めた船は
どこへだって行ける
bokura no omoi wo atsumeta fune wa
doko e datte yukeru
This boat, where our the feelings are gathered
Where will it go?
単調な存在理由を掲げた旗が
揺れる僕のそばで、今も
いつまでも夢見てた空の青
そこにあった希望
tanchou na sonzairiyuu wo kakageta hata ga
fureru boku no sobade, ima mo
itsumademo yumemiteta sora no ao
soko ni atta kibou
This flag of reason which carried a dull raison d’être
Is waving right next to me, even now
I realized this is the blue sky I’ve always dreamt about
And there, I’ve found hope
