Notes

底に水が湧いたら | When water”; the second part of the phrase is “Your boat won’t be enough to not (make you) sink” or “your boat is not good enough to not (make you) sink”, but as you can see, it’s too odd translating this one literally.
永き遠の眠り | She”; I believe this is one of the rare (rare for me at least) cases where “ものを” means “monowo (although)” and not “mono wo (things)”, as well as “起こす” here stands for “to wake someone up” rather than “to rise”. Whether I’m wrong or not, this phrase would mean “Although (she?) fell asleep long time ago, the sound of the boat awakens (her?)”. Hope you’ll like the random maybe too liberal translation though.
穴あき柄杓 | I give you”; I believe that here, depending on how you want to read the lyrics, you can both say this is Murasa speaking who in the end succeed in sinking the boat, or that the one speaking is someone on the boat Murasa is trying to sink but, by giving her a bottomless ladle, they were able to save themselves. As for me, I believe it’s the last one happening; since she’s based upon a Funayuurei, a bottomless ladle makes them unable to fill the boat with water. Also, this particular part is stated inside Murasa’s Symposium profile even though this song came out before Symposium.

mukashi kiita hanashi

This lukewarm wind suddenly stopped late at night
When water will leak from the bottom, even your boat will sink
Once upon a time, I heard this story

hora oide ya oide to soko kara sakamaku uzu
nami yori tsukideru shiroi ude
ana aki hishaku wo watasedo karamaru uzu
susume ya susume to unazoko e

Hey! Here, here! A whirlpool is surging from the bottom
While white arms stick out from the waves
I give you a bottomless ladle, and the cause of the whirlpool
Goes back, goes back to the bottom of the ocean

takagumori no yoru ni wa funabito ga isogu
midaretobu hi no tama wo mitara shimai dato
mukashi kiita hanashi

During a cloudy night, a sailor is in a hurry
When you’ll see that waving will-o’-the-wisp, it’ll be the end
Once upon a time, I heard a story

hikizurikomu minamo wa yurumazu kurai umi e
namimani tadayou kuroi kami
ana aki hishaku wo watasedo karamaru uzu
susume ya susume to unazoko e

Seaweeds drag me towards the dark sea without loosen
Black hairs are floating in the waves
I give you a bottomless ladle, and the cause of the whirlpool
Goes back, goes back to the bottom of the ocean

nagaki too no nemurinitsuita monowo
nami ni fune no ne takaku wa okosu

She, who has fallen asleep a long time ago,
Awakens in the waves, as she hears the sound of that boat

kitakaze wa fuita

The north wind blew

aa kawakanu koromo wo matoishi waga ga kaina e
madoe yo kurue yo tadabito yo
ana aki hishaku wo watasedo karamaru uzu
susume ya susume to unazoko e

Ah, I wear clothes that won’t dry on my arms
Be in agony, go mad, you, ordinary person
I give you a bottomless ladle, and the cause of the whirlpool
Goes back, goes back to the bottom of the ocean

oide ya oide ya to
soko kara koe ga kikoeru

“Come here, come here”
I hear a voice calling from the bottom
